Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Montessori method effectively to support each child's individual learning and development.
Manage and engage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
Deliver phonics instruction using age-appropriate methods to build early reading skills.
Plan, prepare, and execute daily lesson plans that include creative art and craft projects.
Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs through Kreedo to stay current with best practices in early education.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a cohesive educational experience for every child.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Montessori teacher.
Strong background in child management and classroom organization.
Solid understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
