Job Description

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, teaching, or a related field. Accredited Montessori training and certification. Strong observational, organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and treat all students with love and respect. Experience with the Montessori classroom environment and child development is highly valued. Warm, approachable personality and a passion for alternative education.
Typical Duties

Guiding children's independent work and introducing them to Montessori materials. Tracking students' learning and adapting activities to meet their individual development. Maintaining a clean, prepared environment and ensuring all materials are in place. Supporting collaboration among students and coordinating with parents and colleagues.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
