Job Description

Amyga Foundation provides free English-medium education to children in Anganwadis around Hosur. We hire local women, train them in English and the Montessori method, and deploy them along with learning materials in rural Government Anganwadis to educate the children.

We require only female candidates who are proficient in both Tamil and English. The candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and teaching children aged between 2 and 6 years according to the prescribed curriculum.

A degree or diploma is required. Two-wheeler driving is a must. Candidates may purchase an E-scooter in their own name, and the EMIs will be reimbursed.

All candidates will be Montessori-trained. The position offers a fixed monthly salary along with a quarterly performance bonus. All employees are covered under PF and ESI insurance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
