Responsibilities

• Implement the Montessori Method in the classroom to promote independent learning and self-discipline
• Prepare and maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing learning environment
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons that align with the Montessori curriculum
• Observe and assess the progress and development of each student
• Provide individualized attention and support to students to meet their unique needs
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to education
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in Montessori education through professional development opportunities
• Adhere to the school\'s policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Montessori training certificate from a recognized institution
