Classroom Environment:Prepared Environment: Creating a carefully prepared and organized classroom environment with Montessori materials that stimulate curiosity and exploration Freedom and Responsibility: Allowing students to choose activities and work at their own pace, fostering a sense of independence and responsibility Mixed-Age Grouping: Guiding students of different ages in a single classroom, encouraging peer learning and collaboration Teaching and Guidance:Observation: Observing each child\'s interests, progress, and needs to tailor instruction and activities Individualized Learning: Providing individualized lessons and activities that match each child\'s developmental level and learning style Hands-On Activities: Offering hands-on, sensorial, and self-correcting Montessori materials that promote exploration and discovery Cultural and Practical Life Activities: Integrating practical life skills, cultural studies, and arts into the curriculum to support holistic development Peace Education: Promoting social and emotional development, conflict resolution, and values of respect and compassion Role of the Teacher:Guide and Facilitator: Acting as a guide who facilitates learning, answers questions, and encourages critical thinking Directress/Director: Providing presentations and lessons on Montessori materials, allowing children to choose and explore their interests
