Job Role :

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn the Montessori philosophy and possess compassion, patience, and a strong will to bond with and effectively educate children with special needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline and B.Ed (Special Education) Have a keen interest in working with

children with special needs

(freshers are encouraged to apply*).
Empathetic, compassionate, and eager to help others -- open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to any team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (education background preferred). Looking for candidates who are willing to commit for a longer duration. Psychology background is not required for this position.

Who Can Apply?

Bachelor's in any discipline
