Job Role :

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn the Montessori philosophy and possess compassion, patience, and a strong will to bond with and effectively educate children with special needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field A keen interest to work with special children preferrably freshers. Empathetic and compassionate and an interest in helping others. A open mind and wiilingness to learn Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream. Willingness to commit for a minimum of 3 years.

Who Can Apply?

Bachelors in

any stream

(Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Social Work, etc.). Diploma/Bachelor's in Special Education. No prior teaching experience required -

comprehensive Montessori and Special Education training provided

. Strong interest in working with children and creating inclusive learning environments. Patience, empathy, and willingness to learn. Good communication and collaboration skills.
