MONTESSORI PRATICAL TRAINER - WFH

As a Montessori Practical Trainer at INTERVAL, you will play an essential role in nurturing the next generation of Montessori educators. Your responsibilities will include delivering training sessions, evaluating assignments, preparing student report cards, and conducting comprehensive assessments to ensure high-quality education aligned with Montessori principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Conduct engaging and interactive Montessori training sessions for aspiring educators. Deliver workshops and practical demonstrations on Montessori methodologies. Review and assess trainee assignments to ensure comprehension and application of Montessori principles. Provide detailed and constructive feedback to support trainee development. Prepare and maintain accurate report cards, tracking trainee progress and achievements. Highlight strengths and suggest areas for improvement in reports. Conduct periodic evaluations to measure trainee understanding and proficiency. Ensure all assessments align with Montessori educational standards and objectives. Collaborate in refining training materials and resources to ensure alignment with the latest Montessori educational practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

:

Minimum 1 year experience in

Montessori Practical teaching or teacher training

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field (Montessori Certification preferred). In-depth knowledge and expertise in Preschool Management, Montessori Practical Training, Preschool Education, Montessori Philosophy and Methods, and Educational Psychology. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback effectively. Proficiency in report preparation and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
