Position:

Montessori Lead Teacher (Pre-Primary)

Location:

BDW International School, Shillong

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver Montessori-based curriculum for children aged

-years. Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and classroom environment. Observe children's development and document progress. Work closely with assistants and other staff. Communicate with parents about the Montessori philosophy, child's progress, and classroom policies.

Qualifications:

Montessori Teacher Certification (recognized institute) with practicum. Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / related field. Minimum ___ years experience in Montessori pre-primary settings. Strong classroom management, creative, patient, child-centric approach. Good spoken & written English; willingness to collaborate.
