Montessori In-Charge oversees classroom operations, ensures child-centered learning, supports teachers, and maintains Montessori standards. They guide curriculum implementation, create a nurturing environment, and coordinate with parents. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy to promote holistic child development and smooth school functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Montessori classroom activities ensuring smooth academic operations. Guide teachers in implementing authentic Montessori learning methods. Maintain organised learning materials and child-friendly classroom environment. Support individual student growth through personalised learning observations. Conduct regular meetings with parents discussing children's progress. Coordinate school events promoting Montessori-based educational culture. Ensure safety protocols are followed within school premises. Manage administrative tasks efficiently for seamless school functioning.

Strong leadership abilities to manage Montessori school environment. Excellent communication skills for parent and staff coordination.
