Requirements
Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Warm, patient, and child-centric teaching approach
• Ability to engage children using age-appropriate and Montessori-based activities
• Strong classroom management and observation skills
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with parents and team members

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori
• Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong skills and training are welcome to apply
