Installation and troubleshooting on various KMs and agentless configuration Good leadership and communication skills Preparing management reports and present it to stake holders Client coordination - Interact with client on regular basis and provide regular status updates, involve in client calls Primary Skills Tool Administration knowledge on: BMC TrueSight Capacity optimizer (TSCO) - Must have BMC Impact Manager (Event Management tool) - Must Have Zenoss - Must have Splunk - Must have Apica - Must Have AppDynamics - Good to have Prometheus - Good to have Excellent understanding of Application Performance Management concepts and metrics Secondary Skills Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as Servers, Network devices, App & Web Services Cloud components and associated interconnections. Strong knowledge on various type of monitoring configuration like Database, Middleware, Applications and OS.
