Your Role

Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Splunk or Dynatrace, based on project requirements. Configure dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection to support proactive monitoring and incident resolution. Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and workflow automation. Perform root cause analysis and contribute to operational stability at L2 level. Collaborate with ITSM and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless observability across environments.

Your Profile

4-6 years of experience in IT operations or monitoring, with hands-on expertise in either Splunk or Dynatrace. Strong proficiency in dashboard creation, alert configuration, and log/query analysis. Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and ITSM practices. ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
