Job Profile To conduct Inspections/Investigations, as directed To prepare a report of the Inspection/Investigation(s)/ Monitoring/ Compliances as per the Inspection Policy/IBC To handle other tasks as assigned by the HOD from time to time. Compliance - To verify compliance of provisions of the Code, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars and directions issued by the Board in undertaking. Inspections/Investigations/Monitoring /Compliances under IBC. Skill Sets required. Sound knowledge of IBC and its Regulations Good interpersonal skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Effective drafting skills for Inspections and Monitoring related issues. Good knowledge of MS Office specially Excel. . Moni Download Application Form Qualification & Experience A CA/CS/LLB/CMA or semi\xe2\x80\x93Qualified CA with at least 1 Year of post- qualification working experience in Regulatory/Monitoring and Compliances under IBC Preference will be given to candidates possessing Working experience of CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation and compliance under IBC Age- 25-30 years Nature of Employment- on contract basis.
