Monitoring & Analysis Executive / Engineer - Solar Industry

Department:

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Asset Management

Experience:

1-2 Years (Solar Monitoring & Data Analysis Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

Track solar plant generation, PR, CUF, and inverter-wise performance using SCADA/monitoring platforms.

Data Analysis:

Identify trends, inefficiencies, and recurring faults through detailed data analysis.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance & MIS reports for management and clients.

KPI Tracking:

Monitor plant availability, equipment downtime, and predictive maintenance indicators.

Optimization:

Provide insights to improve plant efficiency, reduce energy losses, and maximize ROI.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

solar PV systems, SCADA, and remote monitoring tools

. Expertise in

data analytics, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and reporting automation

. Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights. Good understanding of electrical equipment (inverters, transformers, switchgear). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy / Data Analytics. 2-6 years of experience in Solar Monitoring & Data Analysis.
