Job Description

Roles and Responsibility :

Designing and Implementing MEL plans for specific projects, including developing logical frameworks and indicators.

Development and customization of data collection tools and formats for field level monitoring.

Coordinate the collection, collation and entry of project data from field teams and partners.

Conduct regular data verification checks to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.

Maintain organized and updated databases using Excel, Google Sheets or Similar platforms.

Prepare draft reports, data summaries, charts and dashboards for internal analysis and donor reporting by creating compelling stories and actionable insights from data

Execution of surveys and assessments (baseline,midline,endline,etc) including coordination with external research agencies or interns

Collaborate with the program teams to resolve data gaps or quality issues

Document learnings, case studies, and best practices in coordination with project leads

Ensure timely and accurate submission of MEL inputs for programmatic reviews and reporting

Participate in MEL meetings and contribute to improving monitoring systems and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?32,500.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
