Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on training sessions for professionals or fresh graduates. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of MongoDB architecture, CRUD operations, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance optimization, along with experience in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver MongoDB training modules (beginner to advanced level)
Explain core concepts: NoSQL, document model, collections, CRUD, indexes, replication, and sharding
Provide real-world examples, lab exercises, and assignments
Guide learners through installing, configuring, and managing MongoDB instances
Conduct live sessions, doubt-clearing, and assessments
Support post-training queries and feedback resolution
Optionally, prepare learners for MongoDB certification exams
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB (v4.x or higher preferred)
Proficient in:
Data modeling
Aggregation pipelines
Indexing strategies
Replication & sharding
MongoDB Atlas (optional but preferred)
Experience with Mongo Shell, Compass, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Good understanding of JSON, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python for data handling
Prior experience in corporate or academic training is a strong advantage
