Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Developer with a strong background in database design, development, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in MongoDB and exposure to cloud platforms, working in a fast-paced and scalable environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases for high-performance applications

• Optimize database performance, queries, indexing, and schema design

• Implement data models and ensure data integrity and security

• Collaborate with application developers, architects, and DevOps teams

• Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

• Support database deployments, migrations, and upgrades

• Work in a hybrid model while adhering to company development standards

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a MongoDB Developer

• Strong expertise in MongoDB architecture, indexing, aggregation framework, and replication

• Experience with MongoDB performance tuning and query optimization

• Exposure to any cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Strong understanding of data modeling and NoSQL database concepts

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
