- MongoDB / NoSQL Database Engineer

Location:

Chennai | Bangalore | Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize

MongoDB

and other

NoSQL databases

for performance, reliability, and scalability. Design and implement

database schemas, indexing strategies, and query optimizations

. Work extensively with

aggregation frameworks

and advanced

data modeling techniques

. Deploy, configure, and maintain

MongoDB Atlas

and other

cloud-based database solutions

. Monitor and fine-tune database performance using

monitoring and tuning tools

. Implement and support

CI/CD pipelines

with a focus on database automation in a

DevOps environment

. Collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams

to ensure database solutions meet business requirements. Provide

documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring

within the team.
Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in

MongoDB

and

NoSQL database management

. Hands-on experience with

database design, indexing, and query optimization

.
Desired Skills:

Excellent

communication

and

team collaboration

abilities. Familiarity with

cloud-native database solutions

and modern DevOps practices.
