We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Shop Supervisor

to oversee the operations of a

Monginis

outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail or food service, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations & Management:

Ensure smooth daily operations of the Monginis shop. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store. Ensure all Monginis products are displayed attractively. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

2. Sales & Customer Service:

Greet customers and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Drive sales by promoting Monginis products and offers. Maintain relationships with regular customers to improve customer loyalty.

3. Staff Supervision:

Guide and train store staff on customer service and product knowledge. Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

4. Financial & Reporting Duties:

Monitor daily sales and cash handling procedures. Generate and analyze sales reports to improve performance. Ensure proper billing and payment collection.

5. Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met. Adhere to company policies and maintain store standards. Conduct regular quality checks on Monginis products.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in retail, food service, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Hospitality Management

, or equivalent (preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management.
