Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Momo Helper to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of momos (dumplings), including stuffing, folding, and steaming, while maintaining hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing ingredients for momo fillings (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). Help with dough kneading, rolling, and shaping momos. Support the main chef in steaming, frying, and plating momos as per order requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and kitchen. Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage.

Key Skills:

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Ability to follow instructions and recipes. Good hand coordination for folding and shaping momos. Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.

Qualifications:

No formal education required, but basic reading/writing skills are a plus. Prior experience in momo preparation or kitchen work is an advantage.
