Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook different types of momos (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special varieties).
Ensure the consistency of taste, quality, and presentation of all Momo dishes.
Develop new Momo recipes to expand the menu and attract more customers.
Manage ingredients, portioning, and minimise food wastage.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Momo Chef or similar role in the food & beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of Momo preparation techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
1-3 years of experience in Momo preparation.
Creativity in experimenting with flavours and innovative Momo dishes.
Team player with good communication skills.
