Molding Production Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily molding operations to meet production targets. Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and cycle times. Monitor and maintain accurate production records. Monitor and adjust molding parameters to ensure consistent product quality. Implement process improvements to reduce scrap and rework. Collaborate with engineers on new mold trials and process validations. Supervise and manage molding operators, technicians, and helpers. Provide training on equipment handling, processes, and safety. Drive team performance and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular upkeep of molding machines and molds. Ensure molds are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly. Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with the quality department for inspections and defect analysis. Implement and uphold 5S, ISO, and other quality management systems. Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering (preferred).

Experience:

5-10 years in molding production (plastic injection). Hands-on experience in machine operations, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
