Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and design molds for plastic injection processes
• Oversee the injection molding process to ensure efficiency and quality
• Work on tooling concepts for improved production
• Utilize CAD/CAM software for mold designing and modification
• Apply principles of Material Science to enhance mold performance
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products
• Troubleshoot and resolve any molding issues that arise
• Manage projects related to mold making and injection molding.

• Proficient in Mould Design
• Expertise in Injection Molding
• Knowledge of Tooling
• Skilled in CAD/CAM software
• Understanding of Material Science
• Experience in Quality Control processes
• Ability in troubleshooting molding issues
• Competent in Project Management
