We are seeking a passionate

Mohiniyattam Faculty-Offline

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong grounding in Mohiniyattam technique, theory and performance with experience in teaching students varying in age and skill-level.

This role involves creating lesson plans, conducting regular classes, preparing students for recitals and possibly choreographing pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Mohiniyattam technique (basic to advanced) - posture, adavus, abhinaya and mudras Mentor students for performances, exams and competitions Choreograph traditional and creative pieces for recitals Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain a safe, disciplined, respectful and inspiring learning environment Participate in institution-led events, workshops and faculty meetings

Requirements:

Masters in Mohiniyattam (Kalamandalam preferred) Proven teaching experience 4+ years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Experience working in a school or performing arts academy Knowledge of dance theory, history and notation
