Job Description

An MOH Trainer prepares healthcare professionals nurses to successfully clear the MOH (Ministry of Health) licensing examination by delivering exam-oriented training, clinical concept clarity, and mock assessments

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Training

Deliver structured MOH exam coaching (theory + clinical application)

Explain MOH syllabus topics clearly with exam focus

Train students in MCQs, case-based questions, and OSCE-style scenarios

Provide concept-based explanations and eliminate common exam errors

Curriculum & Content Development

Prepare MOH-aligned study materials

Develop MCQs, mock tests, and revision notes

Update content as per latest MOH guidelines and exam pattern

Assessment & Feedback

Conduct regular mock exams

Analyze student performance and identify weak areas

Provide individual feedback and remediation plans

Clinical Orientation

Bridge theory with real clinical practice

Teach protocols, nursing procedures, and patient safety

Emphasize infection control, ethics, and legal aspects

Student Mentorship

Guide students on exam strategy and time management

Provide motivation and emotional support

Track attendance and progress

Administrative & Professional Duties

Maintain training records

Coordinate with academic heads

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical knowledge

Excellent teaching & communication skills

Familiarity with MOH exam pattern

Ability to simplify complex medical concepts

Assessment & mentoring skills
