You are required to have skills in the following areas :

• Experience working with Industrial PLCs, SCADA, and MES of various makes from Rockwell/AB, Siemens, B&R, and other makes with Ignition SCADA experience (ignition SCADA must).
• Define functional requirements for PLC, SCADA, and MES solutions and interfaces through client workshops and documentation analysis
• Develop detailed designs, implement, troubleshoot, and test PLC, SCADA, and MES integration solutions that meet client/project requirements
• Must have hands-on experience in Ignition SCADA. Should know Install, configure, Architecture, Licensing, Scripting, and Reporting in the ignition.
• Experience in communication Protocols like Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, OPC(UA&DA), and XML.
• Knowledge of the programming languages (VBA, Python)
• Experience in template development and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a server-client architecture
• Experience in developing and Testing the code
• Flexible to work in any part of the SCADA development
• Experienced in-network and field bus modules Modbus TCP, Ethernet/Ethercat, TCP/IP
• Design, code, and test components used within MES, including reports and interfaces to various 3rd party systems like ERP, LIMS, QMS, or CMMS
• Co-ordinate and carry out Full Functional Factory Testing (including UAT) of the PLC/HMI, SCADA, and MES system
• Knowledge of field instrumentation, Intelligent & Conventional MCCs, Power Management, VSDs, Telemetry, etc
• To develop and improve systems in line with industry best practices as part of the company’s continuous improvement program and SOPs.
• Familiar with Change Control methods
• Knowledgeable in ISA S95 and S88 standards and terminologies
• Experience with Manufacturing/Infrastructure Industries (Power, Water, OEM/Industrial Products, Transportation/Automotive, Process Industries, Healthcare/Medical Devices etc.)
