Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing details clearly and convincingly, staying abreast of all product updates. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers. Obtain and update customer information, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions in a CRM system or database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, or operations team for order processing and ensure a seamless customer experience. Handle rejection positively and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
