About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Modular Solutions Manager (Modular Head)

to lead and optimize our modular furniture production operations. The ideal candidate must have deep industry knowledge, strong team-handling capabilities, and hands-on experience in the complete modular workflow--from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end

modular furniture production operations

. Develop modular solutions that align with design requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, procurement, and installation. Optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational delays. Oversee modular fabrication, assembly, and finishing workflows. Manage workforce allocation, vendor coordination, and contractor supervision. Implement quality checks and ensure all deliverables meet industry standards. Track project timelines, costs, and material utilization for efficient output. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and organizational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

10-15 years of experience

in the furniture or modular manufacturing industry (mandatory). Strong understanding of modular production processes, materials, and fittings. Proven experience in optimizing workflow, managing teams, and meeting production targets. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
