We are looking for a dedicated

Site Supervisor

to manage on-site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior and construction projects. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure quality work and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and labor work. Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with designers, clients, and vendors. Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards. Report project progress and site issues to management. Ensure safety protocols are followed on site. Handle minor site issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil or Interior Design (preferred). 1-3 years of site supervision experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of materials and interior/construction processes. Ability to handle multiple sites if required.
