Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager - Modular Solutions



Experience



6+ Years (Mandatory)

in Modular Kitchen, Wardrobe & Factory-Finished Modular Sales

Role Summary



The Modular Sales Professional will be responsible for

driving end-to-end sales closures for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions

. This role demands

strong client conversion skills, deep product knowledge, pricing discipline, and ownership of revenue targets

.

Core Responsibilities


1. Sales Ownership & Revenue Generation



Own

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

for modular products Drive high conversion rates from

walk-ins, leads, referrals, and channel partners

Achieve

order booking, billing, and collection targets

Maintain strict control on

discounting and margins


2. Client Consultation & Need Analysis



Conduct in-depth

client requirement discussions

Educate clients on

modular advantages, materials, finishes, and accessories

Recommend

functionally optimized modular solutions

based on lifestyle and budget Build trust and position the brand as a premium modular solution provider

3. Design & Solution Selling



Work closely with

modular designers

to convert concepts into saleable solutions Understand layouts, drawings, and BOQs to confidently explain to clients Present

3D designs, material samples, and cost breakups

Ensure design and pricing align with client expectations and company margins

4. Negotiation & Closure (Critical Responsibility)



Handle price objections, competition comparisons, and value justification Close deals within approved pricing and margin frameworks Ensure timely token collection, order confirmation, and documentation Maintain high

closure-to-lead conversion ratios


5. CRM, Follow-ups & Funnel Management



Maintain accurate

CRM updates and lead tracking

Execute systematic follow-ups to drive closures Forecast sales pipeline and identify closure risks Ensure zero lead leakage

6. Coordination Post-Sale



Ensure smooth handover to

design and execution teams

Clearly communicate client commitments, timelines, and specifications Support issue resolution to maintain customer satisfaction Drive referrals and repeat business

7. Market & Product Intelligence



Stay updated on

modular trends, competitor pricing, and new accessories

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand Upsell accessories, premium finishes, and value additions

Required Skills & ExpertiseSales & Business Skills (Must-Have)



Proven track record in

modular sales closures

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Deep understanding of

modular kitchens & wardrobes

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (Interior / Design background preferred) MBA / Sales training is an added advantage

5+ years of

pure modular sales experience

Has consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets Experience in

showroom and site-based selling

Comfortable handling premium and price-sensitive clients Strong closure-focused attitude
