Analyse sales performance and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead the sales team in delivering high-value sales pitches, product demonstrations, and consultations that appeal to luxury clients.
Drive strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling/up-selling of products.
Ensure all sales staff are well-versed in modular furniture design, customization options, and luxury market trends to enhance customer service.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
Handle high-profile clients and VIP customers personally, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Train staff to engage with clients in a way that fosters long-term relationships, creating loyalty and repeat business.
Implement feedback systems to continuously improve customer experience and service quality.
Oversee after-sales services, ensuring timely delivery, installation, and post-purchase support for modular furniture

Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff, from sales associates to managers, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and high-performance standards.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, luxury customer service techniques, and industry trends.
Implement performance management practices, including setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and offering incentives for exceptional sales results.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture within the store teams.
