As a Production Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for leading and managing our production team, production efficiencies, ensuring and fostering a collaborative and safe work environment for our resolute team.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production operations for the modular furniture line. Must manage the material and interpret architectural and technical drawings to ensure production accuracy and feasibility. Generate precise cutting lists for production based on approved drawings. Conduct regular site visits to coordinate production requirements, validate measurements, and resolve any technical discrepancies. Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

3 to 5+ years' experience in manufacturing operations and supervisory capacity Excellent project management skills Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group
