Key Responsibilities1? Sales & Client Handling
Attend walk-in and online leads
Understand client requirements and budgets
Explain modular kitchen designs, materials & pricing
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with design team for finalization
2? Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise carpenters and installation teams
Ensure work quality, measurements & timelines
Handle on-site issues and resolve them proactively
Coordinate material delivery and installation schedules
Ensure project completion as per company standards
3? Coordination & Reporting
Act as a bridge between client, design team & carpenters
Provide regular work updates to management
Maintain basic records of projects and closures
Required Skills & Eligibility
Experience in
modular kitchen / furniture industry
preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage labor and on-site work
Basic understanding of modular kitchen components
Problem-solving mindset & professional conduct
