Job Description

Client Acquisition and Sales:

Generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting modular kitchen designs, and closing sales.

Product Knowledge:

Demonstrating a strong understanding of modular kitchen components, materials, and design options.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and revenue goals.

Lead Generation:

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any concerns.

Sales Process Management:

Managing the sales process from initial contact to final sale, including providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating installations.

Showroom Management (if applicable):

Maintaining the showroom environment, ensuring product displays are attractive and informative.
Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Experience:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related field like furniture, interiors, or construction.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Product Knowledge:

Familiarity with modular kitchen design, materials, and components.

CAD/Design Software Knowledge:

May require experience with CAD software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar for creating and presenting designs.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Target-Oriented:

Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and goals.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team and collaborate with other departments.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
