Job Description

A modular kitchen fitter installs, assembles, and fixes pre-fabricated kitchen components at client sites, ensuring they meet design specifications and company standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site installations, coordinating with logistics and production, supervising carpenters and other vendors, performing site inspections, and resolving technical issues to guarantee timely, high-quality project completion. Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Assembly:

Expertly assemble and install various modular kitchen units, including cabinets, countertops, and other components.

On-Site Supervision:

Oversee the entire on-site installation process, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Site Preparation:

Inspect client sites to confirm readiness and feasibility for installation.

Coordination:

Liaise with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and installations are executed correctly.

Vendor & Team Management:

Manage and direct carpenters, installers, and other third-party vendors to maintain quality and project timelines.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any site-specific issues or technical challenges that arise during installation.

Quality & Compliance:

Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure all work is completed according to design specifications and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications (often include):

Experience in installing modular kitchens and interiors. Familiarity with different kitchen tools and assembly techniques. Basic understanding of interior design principles and feasibility. Ability to manage and lead a team of skilled tradespeople. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction. Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
