Key Responsibilities

Create detailed

2D drawings

, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD or similar software. Prepare

floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings

for interior and modular furniture projects. Convert designer concepts and site measurements into accurate

manufacturing drawings

. Coordinate with

production, site team, carpenters, and vendors

to ensure technical clarity. Ensure drawings meet industry standards, accuracy, and project requirements. Make quick revisions to drawings based on client or team feedback. Maintain drawing files, BOQs, and documentation for all projects. Prepare

installation drawings

, electrical layouts, plumbing points, and civil marking plans when required.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD (2D)

is mandatory. Understanding of interior design & modular furniture standards (kitchen, wardrobe, storage, etc.). Ability to read architect drawings and convert them into technical working drawings. Knowledge of materials like plywood, laminates, HDHMR, channels, fittings, etc. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
