About the Role
We are looking for a smart, creative, and customer-friendly Kitchen Designer who can handle walk-ins, understand client requirements, design modular kitchens, and coordinate end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand client needs, space requirements, and budget.
Create modular kitchen designs using design software (e.g., SketchUp, KD Max, or similar).
Explain materials, finishes, accessories, and functionality to customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
Conduct site measurements and coordinate with the installation team.
Ensure timely execution of projects and handle on-site coordination.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Manage sales calls, lead follow-ups, and showroom presentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in modular kitchen or interior design field (preferred).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of materials, hardware, and design concepts.
Ability to work on design software (training can be provided).
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Presentable, confident, and service-oriented.
