We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Modular Furniture Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing of modular furniture products. This role requires a strong understanding of furniture production processes, the ability to lead a team, and proficiency in planning production schedules and preparing detailed cut lists for fabrication. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a hands-on approach to managing production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety standards, quality guidelines, and production schedules.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve team efficiency and skill development.
- Coordinate shift schedules and manage workforce allocation to ensure optimal production capacity.
2. Production Planning:
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production operations to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
- Review production orders, specifications, and drawings to determine material requirements, work assignments, and timeframes.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure raw materials are available on time.
3. Cut List Preparation:
- Generate detailed cut lists for the production team based on CAD drawings, design specifications, and material availability.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and specifications to prevent errors during manufacturing.
- Review and optimize cut lists to minimize waste and reduce production costs while maintaining product quality.
4. Quality Control:
- Ensure that all modular furniture produced meets the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed products and the work environment.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and enhance team performance.
- Implement best practices and standardized operating procedures for the production process.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, materials used, labor hours, and any production delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with other departments (design, engineering, logistics) to ensure smooth production flows.
Software/Tools:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and power equipment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
