Assist in daily production planning and scheduling.
Prepare cutting lists and coordinate assembly processes.
Monitor production timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow.
Track raw materials and inventory.
Ensure equipment maintenance and resolve minor issues.
Enforce health and safety protocols on the floor.
Maintain records and prepare production reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of
modular furniture materials, hardware, and finishes
Understanding of
manufacturing processes
(CNC, edge banding, post-forming, etc.)
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic)
Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills
