Job Title: Modular Furniture Production Manager

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Modular Furniture Production Manager! You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our modular furniture manufacturing operations--ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while spearheading process improvements in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of modular furniture production from planning to dispatch.

- Supervise and mentor production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety goals.

- Utilize Infurnia software to generate technical designs and extract accurate cutting lists and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all modular projects.

- Review shop drawings, approve cutting lists, BOMs, and coordinate release to the production floor.

- Plan and implement production schedules to meet business targets and deadlines.

- Ensure material availability by coordinating with procurement and inventory teams.

- Monitor production KPIs, troubleshoot any workflow issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Liaise with design teams, project managers, and factory staff to maintain quality and specifications.

- Drive process optimizations and introduce new technologies for improved efficiency and reduced costs.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in modular furniture production, with hands-on exposure to cutting list, BOM preparation, and shop drawings.

- Proficient in Infurnia (or similar 3D modular furniture design software).

- Strong leadership, people management, and communication abilities.

- Ability to analyze production data and optimize workflows for productivity.

- Sound knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and modern manufacturing techniques.

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred

- Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing practices.

- Familiarity with the latest modular furniture trends and technologies.

- Prior exposure to high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is a plus.
