25,000 + Incentives (1% + 0.5% extra on target completion)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Modular Designer

with strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home furniture solutions. The candidate will work in a sales-driven environment, handle clients, create modular layouts, and support sales conversions through professional design presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare modular designs Create layouts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture Explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and options to clients Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and sales growth Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams Prepare BOQs, design files, and maintain project documentation Contribute to achieving monthly sales and revenue targets

Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of modular kitchen and modular furniture designing Experience in the modular industry preferred Ability to create layouts (AutoCAD / software knowledge is an advantage) Good communication and client-handling skills Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
