You will be working as Modernization Portfolio Manager and will be part of Motion Business Area for Service Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Service Manager and will be responsible for acting with safety, efficiency, quality and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements. Employing various test protocols and applying standards to ensure quality. Your responsibilities Ensuring outside-in positioning and promotion of the entire modernization service portfolio Supporting the local clusters to identify service sales opportunities for expanding ABB\'s value to the customer Leveraging the whole breath of modernization portfolio. Leading the development of product management skills within Motion Services division Driving alignment across the three service lines and other divisions on the service offering and ensuring consistency in communication internally and externally Aligning on common portfolio management process, tools, and way of working across the division Driving improvement of business transparency with product line reporting and additional metrics Your background Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Technology Minimum 10 to 12 Years of experience in the relevant field Good knowledge about drives, retrofit modernization and upgradations Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism More about us ABB Motion Services serve customers around the globe with innovative services to maximize performance, uptime and energy efficiency throughout the lifetime of electrical motion solutions.
