Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end elevator modernisation projects
Assess existing lift systems and recommend upgrade solutions
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and material requirements
Supervise site activities and ensure timely project completion
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations
Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during execution
Monitor quality control and performance of modernisation works
Prepare reports and provide regular project updates to management
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
3-6 years of experience in elevator installation or modernisation
Strong knowledge of elevator systems, controls, and safety norms
Experience in team handling and site coordination
Good communication and client-handling skills
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Preferred Skills:
Experience in elevator brands and modernisation projects
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
