1-3 years in FMCG sales with focus on modern trade
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade channels
Build and maintain relationships with key retail chains
Negotiate listing and placement agreements
Manage in-store promotion activities
Track sales performance and competitive activities o
Train and manage sales executives o
Achieve sales targets and market share growth
Requirements:
Proven track record in modern trade sales - Preferably in Food Industry
Strong relationships with major retail chains
Experience in negotiation and key account management
Knowledge of retail promotion strategies any discipline
Education:
MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
