Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in modern trade handling for FMCG/Personal Care brands.
Strong knowledge of modern retail operations and merchandising.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with sales tracking, reporting, and working on targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales management tools.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and manage relationships with modern trade partners like Big Bazaar, Reliance Retail, DMart, Spencer's, etc.
Negotiate listings, margins, visibility, and marketing activities in-store.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned MT chains and regions.
Monitor and manage stock levels, fill rates, and planogram compliance.
Ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions, sampling drives, and branding activations.
Collaborate with supply chain and distributors for stock planning and timely deliveries.
Track competition activity, pricing, and shelf share across key outlets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for brand visibility and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
