We are seeking an experienced and proactive senior life actuarial modeling professional to join our PathWise transformation team. You will lead and support actuarial model conversion projects for Indian and global clients, focusing on high-efficiency, scalable modeling solutions using the PathWise platform. You'll collaborate across teams, mentor junior actuaries, and contribute to client delivery, onboarding, and solution design.

What the day will look like
Lead end-to-end conversion of actuarial models to PathWise
Build, test, validate, and optimize models for reserving, financial reporting, and regulatory purposes
Translate complex actuarial logic into efficient, scalable code (Python preferred)
Work with life and annuity products such as Term, ULIP, Par, Universal Life, and VA
Collaborate with clients to understand modeling needs and provide technical solutions
Support onboarding, troubleshooting, and client training during migration phases
Contribute to proposals, client demos, and proof-of-concept projects
Skills and experience that will lead to success
4 -7 years of experience in life insurance actuarial modeling
Strong knowledge of any actuarial modeling software
Hands-on experience with Python preferred
Familiarity with frameworks such as US GAAP LDTI, VM21, IFRS 17, or local statutory reserving
Ability to work independently and lead modeling deliverables
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nearly or newly qualified actuary (IFoA, SOA, IAI) preferred
Experience in model migration, automation, or transformation projects
Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or Agile delivery tools like JIRA (preferred)
