Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic

Anchor cum Model

to host events, roadshows, and participate in ad shoots. The ideal candidate will be confident, engaging, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires someone with a strong presence, the ability to entertain and inform an audience, and the versatility to model for various advertising campaigns. As the face of the brand, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional image while creating memorable experiences for both live and recorded audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Hosting:

Act as the primary host/anchor for a variety of live events, including corporate functions, product launches, trade shows, and roadshows. Engage the audience with high energy, keeping them informed, entertained, and connected with the event's key messages. Introduce speakers, moderate panel discussions, and ensure smooth transitions between segments of the event.

Roadshows:

Travel to various locations to host roadshows and promotional events, ensuring active participation from attendees. Represent the brand or client in a positive light, creating a fun and interactive environment that resonates with the target audience. Work closely with the marketing and event teams to deliver brand messages and objectives during live activations.

Ad Shoots & Modelling:

Participate in photo and video shoots for advertising campaigns, including YouTube commercials, print media, and social media content. Work with photographers, directors, and stylists to bring creative concepts to life through poses, expressions, and scripted dialogue. Ensure a professional attitude on set, maintaining flexibility and adaptability during shoot revisions.

Brand Representation:

Embody the image and values of the brand across all events and shoots, maintaining a polished and professional appearance. Engage with attendees, clients, and customers, answering questions and sharing information about the product or service being promoted.

Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with event organizers, production teams, and marketing departments to align on messaging, tone, and overall event or campaign strategy. Be proactive in suggesting improvements or ideas to enhance the impact of events and ad campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience

in anchoring, modeling, or hosting live events and shoots (1-3 years preferred).

Excellent communication and public speaking skills

, with the ability to engage and connect with a live audience.

Confident and outgoing personality

, with a natural ability to perform in front of the camera and on stage.

Ability to memorize scripts

and deliver lines naturally for video and commercial shoots.

Versatility

to adapt to different brand tones and styles, from formal corporate events to energetic product promotions.

Professional appearance

and a strong understanding of personal presentation for modeling work.

Flexibility to travel

for roadshows and events, and to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of stage performance techniques and on-camera presence. Comfortable working with diverse audiences and in various environments. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations with grace. A collaborative team player, willing to take direction and work in fast-paced environments.
