Role Overview
:
Roles & Responsibilities :
In his role hell be responsible for selling Otis products & services.
Hell be a single point of contact for all the new & existing customers.
His role is to find new business opportunities & customers from OE & NOE (Otis Equipment & Non Otis Equipment customers)
Develop business relationship with the customers, negotiate prices, terms and conditions of the contract.
He has to work closely with other team members of installation, service, HO marketing & zonal / regional finance teams for closing the contracts & customer satisfaction.
Responsibility from Enquiry to Handover including Collections
Excellent communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills with basic job need of tracking the sales funnel closing of contracts & contract monitoring.
He has to be customer centric with good technical knowledge & negotiation skills
He has to be self motivated & self driven.
Cordinate with execution engineers & customers to do the necessary survey.
