The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Ad-hoc support for MOC users Progress audit reviews and monitor active MOCs to help them move forward efficiently Troubleshoot MOCs and follow-up with implementation managers on MOCs that may have a technical concern Follow-up on KPIs and users that need to take action to improve KPIs Provide feedback to users and their supervisors on improvement opportunities Training new users on MOC PMeT Required Skills (Technical Competency): Oil & Gas Upstream operations experience of min. 2 Years Knowledge on PMeT Knowledge on Excel Macro generation Creation of Dashboards on weekly and monthly reports Desired Skills: Bachelors in Engineering with Mechanical / Chemical / Petro Chemical Relavent experience in Oil and Gas field for 4-6 Years Communicate (Written/Oral) in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience Good knowledge in MS-Office Knowledge in Tableau and Power Bi Dashboards are added advantage
